Through our annual holiday program, we provide gifts and gift cards to families to ensure their holiday season is filled with joy. Mavs and Mochas is partnering with Lena Pope to provide toys for families to ensure every family has toys and essentials. Thank you for your support!
Choose a toy from our Amazon Wishlist (Click Here!) that a child wished for specifically, or choose one of the following.
- Football, basketball, soccer ball, and other sport balls
- Dolls for all ages, including dolls of various skin colors
- Construction toys
- Legos for all ages
- Family board games
- Art sets, paint, markers, etc.
- Science kits
- Jewelry making kits
- Books for young kids (toddler and preschoolers)
- Gifts for teens – headphones, nail polish kits, bath and body kits
If you can’t join us on December 6th, you can still make a difference in the lives of Lena Pope clients by sponsoring a family, donating gift cards, or providing a donation and we’ll shop for the family!
Sponsor a Family
When you sponsor a family this holiday season, you will bring joy to children at a time when their families need a helping hand and help them create lasting holiday memories.
As a sponsor, you’ll receive wish lists for the children in a family identified by our staff as having the greatest need. Sponsoring a family is a meaningful way to make a lasting impact and share the spirit of the season.
We focus on three categories to ensure each gift is thoughtful: a Want: A gift valued at $50 or less; a Need: A gift card to cover essentials; and a Read: A favorite book to inspire a love of reading.
We hope to have all families matched by Thanksgiving (November 27) to allow time for shopping. All gifts and gift cards should be delivered to Lena Pope by December 12 to ensure timely delivery to families.

If you cannot sponsor a family this year and want Lena Pope to shop for any families who are not sponsored, you can make a cash donation and we will purchase gifts on your behalf.
Donate Holiday Gift Cards
Every year we provide gift cards to families to help assist with essentials. You can donate Gift Cards in $25 or $50 increments (Target or Walmart preferred).
